Looking to spice up your holiday cocktail selection this year? We’re here to make spirits bright with three takes on signature drinks for your holiday gathering. Whether you want to serve one specialty drink, two or opt for a themed bar, you can’t go wrong with these tried and true favorites. Cheers!

His & Hers

It’s not just for weddings anymore. Try out a his and hers specialty cocktail at your holiday gathering this year with these sure-to-please recipes!

His: Maple Bouborn Punch

1 cup honey
6 sprigs rosemary; plus more for garnish
2 cups fresh orange juice
3 cups bourbon
2 teaspoon maple extract
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
ice ring
orange wheels

Bring honey, rosemary and 1 cup water to a simmer over medium heat. Let cool; discard rosemary. Combine honey syrup with orange juice, bourbon, maple extract, vanilla extract in pitcher. Stir in a few cups ice to cool. Pour into a punch bowl over an ice ring to serve, then garnish individual glasses with orange slices and rosemary.

Ice Ring

bundt pan

Fill bundt pan with water 1/3 of the way. Add some orange wheels and rosemary to the water. Freeze for 3-4 hours. Repeat for two more layers if desired, waiting until each one freezes. To remove ice ring from mold, carefully run the outside of the bundt pan under lukewarm water until the ring dislodges.

Hers: Fizzy Spiked Pear Punch

4 cups pear juice
1 bottle proscecco or champagne
1 cup vodka
1/4 cup simple syrup (optional)
Fresh pears for garnish

Pour pear juice, vodka and simple syrup into a pitcher; stir to combine. Pop bubbly and slowly pour into juice mixture. Stir again, gently. Garnish with slices of pear.

Martini Bar

It’s classic, simple and always a crowd pleaser! Stock some vodka and gin, add in the mixers—we offered vermouth, olive juice and Lillet—finish with some garnish, and voila! We recommend having someone man the station to make it less intimidating and keep the drinks flowing.

Classic Signature Drink

If you’re craving simplicity this year, then we recommend sticking to a classic specialty cocktail: the white cosmopolitan. Festive and fun, we especially love this choice for a night with your girlfriends.

White Cosmo

2 parts vodka
1 part St. Germain
1/2 part lime juice
3/4 part white cranberry juice

Shake all ingredients and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with raspberry and a lime twist.
